This information may include, but is not limited to, zip code, mobile phone carrier, age, gender, salary range, education, marital status, occupation, military service, industry of employment, political party affiliation, personal and online interests. When we can identify you personally, through the use of this information, it becomes Personal Information. We collect this information to assist us in business development and determination of what client’s products would be of most interest to you.
Behavioral Information. Is information which is automatically collected when you use our Website. This information includes the areas of our Website that you visit, what services you access or ordered, information about your computer hardware and software, including your IP address, geographic location, browser preference, operating system type, domain names, times that you access the internet, and other websites you have visited. When we can identify you personally, through the use of this information, it becomes Personal Information. We collect this information to provide our clients marketing services, maintain the security of our database and web services, as well as testing, research and analysis for further services and product development. We use this information to process your requests and to prevent fraud. We may use it to respond to legal orders or government agencies, if so requested.
Third-Party Information. Is information about you that we acquire from a third-party which may include personal, demographic, behavioral, and indirect information. We may also receive information third-parties derive from government entities which publicly post your information, such as your DMV records. We have no responsibility or liability for the policies and practices of these parties. When we can identify you personally, through the use of this information, it becomes Personal Information. This information is collected from the use of cookies, Web beacons, or JavaScript. We collect this information to personalize our services and proof of our services for payment. No Sensitive Health Information is Collected. We do not collect information about past, present, or potential future medical conditions, or treatments, or biometric information.
No Credit Card Information and Bank Account Information. We do not collect credit card or bank information.
Collection Through Cookies, Web Beacons, and JavaScript. We, Service Providers, and third-party vendors, networks, ISP(s), and supporting advertisers use technologies such as cookies, web beacons, and java scripts (collectively “Technologies”). Social Media Cookies. Third-party social media features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our Website, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features are hosted by a third-party. Your interactions with these features are governed by the Privacy Notice of the social media company providing it.
Web Beacons. We use electronic images known as Web Beacons (sometimes called single-pixel gifs, clear gifs, or action tags) to collect information about your visit to our Website, measure and improve the effectiveness of advertisements, and track delivery of advertising. 3. Right to Opt-Out of the Sale of Personal Information.
You have the right to opt-out of any sale of your personal information. If your information was submitted for the purchase of a sale or service, and we are required to process that purchase, we will share you information only with the parties necessary to complete the sale. However, this technology and our use of it is not fully developed by the market. Our database containing your information may not be linked to your browser identification and because your request to opt-out of sale/sharing will be linked to your browser identifier only and not linked to any account or database information as the connection between your browser and our database is not known to us, we may not be able to fulfill this request. 5. Authorized Agent.

6. Limitations on Requests.
You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access twice within a twelve (12) month period and you must provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected Personal Information or your authorized agent; provide sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to you. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.
7. Response Time and Response Format.
We will respond to your request to delete or cease sharing or sale of your Personal information within ten (10) days of receipt of your request. We make every effort to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. We provide only the twelve (12) month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons why we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. We will provide our response in a manner that is readily usable that you can give the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
8. Retention of Personal Information.
We retain Personal Information as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, as required by an applicable law, rule, regulation, or contractual provision. We will retain your Personal Information for the purposes of commercial marketing to you until you request, we cease further efforts to provide you such offers or in the event you request deletion of your Personal Information.
